These Terms govern your use of iSure Myanmar’s website and related services.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iSure Myanmar website and any related pages, services, content, and features (collectively, the “Services”) operated by iSure Myanmar (“iSure”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary.

3) Use of the Services

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the Services;
  • upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;
  • scrape, copy, or reproduce content except as allowed under these Terms or by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these Terms.

4) Product Information & Availability

  • We try to ensure product details, pricing, images, and availability are accurate. However, mistakes can occur.
  • We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice (including after an order is placed).
  • Product availability may change without notice.

5) Pricing, Payments & Promotions

  • Prices are displayed in MMK unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time.
  • Payment methods, fees, and requirements may vary depending on the product/service and your location.
  • Promotional offers (including bundles, gifts, discounts, cashback, or “free” items) are subject to limited stock and time, eligibility conditions, verification checks, and any stated per-customer/per-transaction limits.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or abusive of promotions.

6) Orders & Confirmation

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase.
  • An order is not confirmed until we send an official confirmation (e.g., email/SMS/receipt) or otherwise accept the order.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing/listing errors, failed payment/verification, suspected fraud, or shipping/address restrictions.

If we cancel after payment is received, we will follow our refund process (see Section 8).

7) Delivery / Pick-up

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and reachable contact number.
  • Risk of loss typically transfers upon delivery to the address you provide (or when collected at pick-up), unless otherwise required by law.
  • For pick-up orders, you may need to present identification and/or order confirmation.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return/refund terms may depend on product category, condition, and applicable laws. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Change of mind returns may be restricted (especially for opened items, activated devices, software, digital goods, and certain accessories).
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  • Refund methods and timing depend on your payment method and verification.
  • Shipping fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

9) Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • Warranty coverage (duration, conditions, and service procedures) may vary by brand, product, and region.
  • Warranty may be void if the product is damaged by misuse, accidents, liquids, unauthorized modifications, or unauthorized repairs; or if serial numbers are altered/removed.
  • For warranty claims, you may be required to provide proof of purchase and the product’s serial number/IMEI.

10) Trade-In / Device Programs (If Applicable)

  • Quotes are estimates until inspection and verification.
  • Final value depends on device condition, authenticity, ownership status, activation lock status, and eligibility checks.
  • We may reject devices that are reported lost/stolen, locked, counterfeit, or fail diagnostics.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (logos, text, graphics, images, UI, and software) is owned by iSure or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works unless we explicitly allow it.

12) User Content (If Applicable)

If you submit content (reviews, comments, photos, etc.):

  • You grant iSure a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Services.
  • You confirm you have the rights to share it and it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
  • We may remove content at our discretion.

13) Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or services (payment providers, social networks, couriers, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to iSure for the relevant order/service (if any), unless the law requires otherwise.

17) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iSure and its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

18) Changes to Services or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required by law. Sections that should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect.
